Who
The I.M.M. is an association of New Thought Metaphysical Ministers. Although most of the member ministers have achieved a religious Doctoral Degree in an aspect of New Thought Metaphysics, a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an IMM University is required for membership.

What
The I.M.M. New Thought Metaphysical Ministers subscribe to a set of basic Tenets. Aside from these basic tenets, IMM Ministers are free to teach their own individual and unique understandings in their own unique and individual style. You can become an I.M.M. Minister in as little as 6 mo. through a Home Study / Distance Learning Program

How
The I.M.M. oversees two private, post secondary, non-secular, religious New Thought Universities. The Universities specialize in self-paced Home Study / Distance Learning programs. Programs range from the Ministers / Bachelors level through the Doctoral Degree Level. The I.M.M. provides quality controls over the University’s educational programs. This guarantees that all I.M.M. Ministers and Graduates have received the same solid foundation and have achieved a personal understanding of New Thought Metaphysics commensurate to their Degree Level.

The I.M.M., in the tradition and spirit of the New Thought Movement, grants the maximum independence allowed by law to its ministers, graduates and members. This allows them the freedom to minister and teach according to their individual and unique insights, understandings, and talents. The one provision is that the basic metaphysical teachings of the organization and its founder continue to be an integral part of what is shared with the public.

The I.M.M. never requires that the name or initials of the I.M.M. organization, the I.M.M. logo, or notice of I.M.M. affiliation be included in the name of its member’s personal endeavors and/or ministries. This may hinder the I.M.M. from achieving public notoriety and name recognition as a major New Thought Metaphysical Denomination – which it is. The I.M.M. exists to support our members in their accomplishments – not take credit for them.

Many realize a call to ministry and / or teaching after already beginning a different career. So I.M.M. has made all programs self paced. Ministers / Bachelors level degrees may be completed in about 6 months. Doctoral Level Degrees can be completed between one to two years– all while maintaining your present career.
